Shipping for all U.S. order is $2, and free for orders over $100. Appropriate shipping will be added on for international orders.
Your order will be packed very carefully in a sturdy cardboard box, and will be shipped out US first class mail. You will receive an email to confirm your order. Please allow approximately 1 week for your order as each piece is handmade (international orders may take longer).
PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once it has already shipped...you will incur extra shipping costs if the shipping address has been entered incorrectly.

Refunds and Returns
We want you to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send back any unworn merchandise, with receipt, in resaleable, undamaged condition within 2 weeks of shipment date for an exchange or refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please insure your package when returning, as merchandise credit cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged.
*Returned jewelry is subject to a 10% restocking fee, as each piece is made to order.
*Custom orders are non-refundable!
If you are unhappy with your custom order, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it what you want.
