You will receive an email to confirm your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order as each piece is handmade. Orders are packed very carefully in a sturdy cardboard box and will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over $300 will be sent out FedEx at no additional charge.
Do you offer express or international shipping? TOP
Yes, we do. FedEx Express shipping is available for rush orders. Please click HERE for options, pricing, and ordering information.
International shipping is also available.
What is your refund/return policy? TOP
We make the exclusive offer that if a design of ours does not sell within a reasonable amount of time you are welcome to exchange it for anything else. If a customer has lost or damaged an earring send us the original so we can repair or duplicate the earring. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please insure your package when returning!
