*We use a "gift" pack slip (no prices) with your information on it to send with an order.
You can provide your own packing material with name, logo, etc. for us to use, or we can
put it in our own box (folding heavy-weight paper), with blue colored tissue paper.
*You can provide us with a program to print out the order/packslip or we can use our own,
and will also use your name and address on the shipping label.
Or, we can just mail the order directly to you for repackaging.
*Drop-ship orders are usually mailed out the day the order is placed, if placed before 3pm.
We use USPS first class mail for $2.00.
We can also use UPS for express shipping (approx. $13 for 3-day, contact for 2-day or overnight).
Tracking numbers are available for both USPS and UPS, we can send them to you upon request.
*Payment for each order is due before shipment, either by credit card or paypal.
*Returns and exchanges for anything, within 2 weeks, returned in original, undamaged, unworn condition.
*Please feel free to copy and paste any image of our jewelry, including text, onto your own site.
