What are your shipping policies?
You will receive a confirmation email after your order. Please allow up to a week for your order as each piece is handmade to order (international orders will take longer). Orders are packed very carefully in a sturdy cardboard box and will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail.
**Please note all New York state orders will be charged sales tax of 8.875%.
Do you offer express or international shipping?
USPS First Class (domestic) - $4.50 (3-5+ days)
USPS Priority Mail Domestic - $11 (2-3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail International - contact us for quote, will depend on country

What is your refund/return policy?
We want you to love what you buy! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,
send it back in unworn, undamaged, original condition, with receipt, within 21 days of shipment date for an exchange or refund. Custom orders are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All other jewelry is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Insuring your package is recommended! Merchandise credit cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged.

First and foremost, you have complete security ordering from our website.
Visa, Master card, AmEx, or PayPal are accepted (for mail-in orders checks and money orders are also accepted, but the order will not be shipped until the check/money order clears).
